The LED technology of the film scanner offers not only optimal and uniform illumination with a much longer lifespan, but also energy efficiency.
The software“s WorkflowPilot® guides the user through the correction and editing steps, providing helpful tips for efficient use, even with complex image editing. The preview mode makes corrections and changes visible in the preview. In addition, Multi-Exposure® technology not only suppresses image noise but also significantly improves the image“s dynamic range.
The integrated infrared channel and infrared-based dust and scratch removal with SilverFast iSRD® detect and correct surface defects on slides and negatives without the need for manual film surface restoration. The included LaserSoft Imaging IT8 target for automatic color calibration within 2 minutes ensures consistent color and detail.
