AI overclocking
Tuning is now faster and smarter than ever before. ASUS AI Overclocking profiles the CPU and cooling to determine the optimal configuration and push the system to its limits. The predicted values can be adopted automatically or used as a starting point for further experiments.

Dynamic OC Switcher
Dynamic OC Switcher maximizes CPU performance by letting you set current and temperature thresholds to automatically switch between manual overclocking for heavy multi-threaded workloads and AMD Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) for single-threaded tasks.

Core Flex
With Core Flex you can push your limits further than ever before, allowing you to creatively control power and heat development. In the simplest form, you can set limits to gradually reduce the CPU core frequency as temperature or current increases. But the system is extremely customizable, supporting multiple user-controlled features that can independently adjust power, power and temperature limits so you can tailor CPU performance to your liking.

AI Cooling II

M.2 heatsink
Three M.2 heatsinks cover four M.2 slots, eliminating the throttling that can occur with M.2 storage during sustained transfers.

VRM heatsinks and thermal pads
The two VRM heatsinks on the PRIME X670E-PRO WIFI are significantly larger than those on previous X570 motherboards. Together with the thermal pads, they improve heat transfer from the MOSFETs and coils for better cooling performance.

ProCool connections
Proprietary connectors complement the mainboard“s connection to the power supply with 8+8-pin connectors that pass 12 volts directly to the processors. Each socket is equipped with solid contacts that can handle higher currents than sockets with hollow contacts.

14+2 Teamed Power Stages
14+2 power stages combine high-side and low-side MOSFETS and drivers in packages each rated at 70 amps, delivering power, efficiency, stability and performance for the latest AMD processors.

The revised circuit routing of the mainboard allows the latest Intel processors unrestricted access to the memory bandwidth. ASUS OptiMem II technology carefully maps the memory“s signal paths across the various PCB layers to reduce vias and adds shielding zones that significantly reduce crosstalk.

Four M.2 slots (with PCIe® 5.0)
Four M.2 slots support up to 22110 devices and can also provide NVMe SSD RAID for incredible performance potential. Additionally, an M.2 slot supports PCIe 5.0 with data transfer speeds of up to 128 Gbps, enabling faster operating system boot-up and faster file management.

PCIe® 5.0 slot
PCIe 5.0 offers data transfer speeds that are twice as high as PCIe 4.0 and is therefore particularly suitable for handling new data-intensive tasks. PCIe 5.0 brings other advantages, e.g. B. electrical changes to improve signal integrity, backwards compatible CEM connectors for add-in cards, and compatibility with previous PCI Express versions.

USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C

USB4® support
The PRIME X670E-PRO WIFI motherboard offers USB4® support via a Thunderbolt™ (USB4®) header. With an ASUS add-on card, PRIME motherboards can enable bi-directional speeds of up to 40Gbps over a single cable while also providing power for fast charging of devices. This card also features a daisy chain feature for connecting multiple displays and supports up to two displays with 4K resolution.

WiFi 6E
The integrated WiFi 6E technology uses the newly available radio spectrum in the 6 GHz band. It offers up to three times the bandwidth of the 5GHz band and up to seven 160MHz bands to enable ultra-fast wireless network speeds and improved capacity and performance in dense wireless environments.

A physical button on the chipset heatsink unlocks the first PCIe slot“s security latch with one push, making it easy to remove a PCIe card from the motherboard when it“s time to upgrade to a new GPU or other compatible device.

Q Latch
