The LANCOM LX-6200 delivers the high-throughput performance of the latest Wi-Fi 6 generation. This makes it the ideal device wherever fast Wi-Fi is needed for a small to medium number of users, such as in hotels, small offices, medical practices, or branch offices. The integrated USB 2.0 interface also provides the basis for integrating IoT wireless systems into existing Wi-Fi infrastructures.

The LANCOM LX-6200 offers Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) and can provide fast Wi-Fi to both clients in the 2.4 GHz frequency band and end devices in the 5 GHz band. Wi-Fi 6 technology enables transmission rates of up to 1,200 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and up to 575 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band simultaneously.
2x2 multi-user MIMO in downlink and uplink
Multi-User MIMO (MU-MIMO for short) enables the distribution of all available spatial streams from the LANCOM LX-6200 to multiple different clients simultaneously, instead of serving them sequentially as before. This allows for efficient use of available bandwidth and significantly reduces latency in the wireless network. With Wi-Fi 6, MU-MIMO can be used in both the downlink and uplink.

The LANCOM LX-6200 allows you to easily enter the world of the Internet of Things (IoT). Support for Bluetooth Low Energy (5.1) and USB 2.0 opens up numerous possibilities for communicating with modern Wi-Fi sensors in devices or objects and for innovative applications such as asset tracking. This allows you to easily operate solutions for digital signage, electronic shelf labels, and industrial Internet of Things applications via the optional LANCOM Wireless ePaper USB.
