Enlarged contact area
The solid copper contact surface of the DX-4677 version, at 70x56mm, is more than twice the size of that of the standard model. It was specifically adapted for the oversized heat spreaders (IHS) of Intel“s LGA4677-based processors and enables optimal heat transfer from the CPU to the cooler socket and then via the heat pipes to the cooling fins.

SecuFirm2™ mounting system with Intel standard parts
By integrating standard Intel components such as the anti-tilt mechanism, Torx® T30 PEEK nuts, and the LGA4677 CPU carrier frames (included with boxed CPUs, sold separately for tray CPUs), the cooler“s mounting system fully complies with Intel guidelines and follows the familiar installation process for experienced LGA4677 users. A Torx® T30 mounting tool is included.

Compatible with E1A, E1B and E1C processor mounting frames
LGA4677 processors require plastic mounting brackets, which are included with boxed CPUs and available separately for tray CPUs through Intel distributors. The SecuFirm2™ mounting system for LGA4677 is compatible with all bracket types (E1A, E1B, E1C).

140mm format for maximum cooling performance
