The AXIS T8129 allows Axis network video products to be installed at distances of over 100 meters. With an additional AXIS T8129 for every 100 meters of cable, Ethernet and PoE can be used over even greater distances, depending on the camera model and power source. The T8129 requires no additional power supply. The connected network camera is powered via a single PoE switch or midspan. This results in significantly reduced installation effort. The two Ethernet ports feature automatic speed/duplex/crossover configuration, ensuring full network throughput.
