OptimizedIR ensures sharp and clear images in complete darkness at distances of up to 100 m without additional lighting. Axis Lightfinder 2.0 is included for sharper images of moving objects with more realistic, saturated colors. Additionally, Axis Forensic WDR ensures consistently high-quality images, even in scenes with both dark and bright areas. Furthermore, electronic image stabilization (EIS) keeps images steady despite vibrations.

This easy-to-install camera features IDC network ports and a spacious backbox for secure cable management. Power over Ethernet (PoE) allows you to power other devices such as speakers and strobe lights. Edge-to-edge technology also enables pairing with speakers. Axis Zipstream with H.264/H.265 significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements. The shock-resistant camera is housed in a rugged aluminum enclosure and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 60°C. Furthermore, Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform, protects the device and sensitive information from unauthorized access. It also features secure key storage with FIPS 140-2 Level 2 certification.
