This APC Smart-UPS battery pack, used with the SMX line-interactive UPS, is designed for IT managers and network administrators to maintain uptime, data transfer, and continuity during extended power outages. This 120V DC extended-run SMX battery pack is compatible with SMX Smart-UPS models with extended runtime above 2kVA. The SMX battery pack easily installs on top of an existing APC Smart-UPS X using a simple plug-and-play system, ensuring power availability while increasing runtime capacity. The lead-acid battery pack comes with a 2-year warranty. The Smart-UPS battery pack can be used in a tower configuration alongside an APC Smart-UPS X or in a rack-mount configuration below the UPS. The pack includes the APC SMX120RMBP2U External Battery Pack, an installation guide, and rack-mounting brackets.
