Thanks to its double-conversion technology, an APC Smart-UPS On-Line consistently provides all connected devices with perfectly clean power. Even power outages have no impact. The APC Smart-UPS On-Line automatically provides emergency power without the need for switching. This prevents unwanted downtime of devices such as PCs, servers, storage systems, or switches. With the free APC PowerChute software, you can even automatically and controllably shut down critical IT hardware when the UPS battery is nearly depleted. This prevents data loss, downtime, and physical damage to the hardware.

Extend the term
You can easily increase the number of minutes that the APC SRT3000XLI can provide stand-alone emergency power by connecting external battery packs (SRT96BP). Runtime of several hours is even possible.

Availability
The Smart-UPS On-Line features an internal bypass and utilizes double conversion, which increases the availability and lifespan of the connected hardware.

Security
Furthermore, a Smart-UPS Online protects connected devices from voltage spikes caused by lightning strikes, among other things. This APC backup power supply is ideal for business use.

The APC Smart-UPS SRT is easy to use thanks to its tilting graphic LCD screen and physical buttons. This makes it possible to set and read the basic functions. Since the screen“s background color changes depending on the type of alert, the severity of the situation can be quickly assessed visually.

Network Management Card
When you connect the UPS directly to your network via the optional APC Network Management Card (AP9640/AP9641), it can be easily managed remotely via SNMP or our Ecostruxure IT Expert remote management software (SFTWES1-DIGI). You can also automatically send a shutdown signal over the network to multiple physical and/or virtual servers. Using the APC PowerChute Network Shutdown software connected to the network card, you can even differentiate between shutdowns based on the time and order in which they occur.

Extend the lifespan
The internal battery cartridge (APCRBC152) can be easily, safely, and independently replaced by the user. This can be done without having to turn off the APC SRT3000XLI or connected devices. In this way, you can easily and cost-effectively extend the lifespan of your APC Smart-UPS and keep your devices connected at all times.

Warranty extension
The manufacturer“s warranty for the SRT3000XLI is 3 years, except for the battery, which has a 2-year manufacturer“s warranty. Both can be extended by 3 years to 6 and 5 years respectively with the APC Service Pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-04).

Switched socket groups: Remote restart and gradual start
Thanks to Switched Outlet Groups, it is possible to configure phased/delayed power-on for each UPS output group. This reduces the peak load on the UPS and brings it closer to the constant load, thus limiting UPS oversizing.

It is also possible to reset a group of multiple UPS outputs and the devices connected to them. When using a network card (ap9640) in combination with Ecostruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI), this is even possible remotely.

You also cannot eliminate critical loads; this will only extend the runtime of critical equipment.
