Increase availability
An APC Rack Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) allows powered hardware to be connected to two different power sources, increasing the availability of that hardware and preventing costly downtime. Because an APC Rack ATS uses two input power cables (not included), it can be connected to two different power sources simultaneously. By connecting only powered hardware to the Rack ATS, that hardware can have two separate power sources. If one source fails, the Rack ATS instantly switches to the second power supply without affecting the connected hardware.
Easy to use
You can see the status of the APC Rack ATS at a glance via the front panel interface, but you can also manage it remotely thanks to the integrated network management function.

Since this rack ATS is equipped with multiple outputs, several single-power devices can be connected to the ATS simultaneously, thus all benefiting from the security of two power feeds.
Security
Thanks to the integrated intelligent interface, this APC rack ATS can monitor both input power sources, detect voltage or frequency deviations, and then perform a user-definable action, such as sending an alarm or switching.
Accesories
Connect the APC ATS to 2x AP9875 (C19-Schuko), AP9876 (C19-IEC309 16A) or AP9877 (C19-C20) and equip the ATS with a temperature and humidity sensor (AP9335TH). You can prevent loose power cables with a retaining clip on the AP7769.
Warranty extension
The factory warranty for this APC Rackmount Automatic Transfer Switch is 2 years and can be extended to 3 years with WBEXTWAR1YR-AC-03.
