The DIGITUS® IP55 outdoor wall-mounted enclosures are designed for industrial applications. They offer protection against water and dust according to protection class IP55.

These industrial wall-mounted network cabinets, rated IP55, are specifically designed for harsh environments, particularly outdoor applications. Their superior performance is ensured by features such as a 3-point locking system with a lockable swing handle and insulated PG cable glands. Integrated ventilation filter housings provide fresh air intake (protection against water and dust ingress according to IP54). Application areas include outdoor locations exposed to the elements (rain, dust, hail, snow, splashing water). The roof chassis also incorporates a filtered section to accommodate a fan module. Inside, a pair of galvanized 483 mm (19“) mounting rails, marked with height units readable in both directions, are installed. These rails are depth-adjustable. Each cabinet is a robust steel construction made of sheet steel up to 2.0 mm thick. The standard color is gray (RAL 7035) achieved through electrostatic powder coating. Wall mounting is achieved using the included mounting brackets. Optionally, the cabinets can be used as freestanding units with a base or mounted to poles using a mounting kit.
